GENERAL INQUIRIES:

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We do not have a brick and mortar store at the moment but we retail at Naiise retail stores, Tangs Orchard basement.
We are also at certain SPC, SHELL and 7-Eleven stores across Singapore, while stocks last!

FOOD INQUIRIES:

SHOULD I MICROWAVE THE DIPS?
Cool or warm, our dips are perfect the way they are! If you prefer your dip warm, simply pop them in the microwave for a quick 10 seconds!
Caution: ensure dips are poured into a microwave safe container before microwaving.

ARE PAPAPENG'S SNACK & DIPS HALAL?
All our snacks are manufactured by Halal certified suppliers. Papapeng, however, is not a Halal certified company. For more clarifications, feel free to reach us here.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF PAPAPENG'S SNACKS & DIPS?
Please refer to the individual expiry dates printed on the packaging of our snacks.

HOW SHOULD I STORE PAPAPENG'S SNACK & DIP?
Our products should be stored in a cool and dry environment away from direct sunlight. If you end up with leftovers (we doubt it, though):

CHIPS/FISH SKIN: Store in an air tight container.

DIPS: Store dips in the refrigerator with a lid attached. Dips should be consumed within 3 days upon opening.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGETARIAN / VEGAN / GMO-FREE / GLUTEN-FREE?
Our products are currently not vegetarian, vegan, GMO or gluten-free. However, we hope to serve more diverse needs in the future.

MY ITEM HAS A PACKAGING DEFECT! CAN I GET A REFUND?
We do not accept requests for refunds but we will be happy to exchange Snacks & Dips that have defective packaging*. Please email photos and receipts to papapeng.ppp@gmail.com and we will do our best to rectify the matter!

*Due to the oil-based nature of our Hae Bee Hiam Dip, it is normal for lids to have some oil. This does not affect the freshness or quality of our dip.

Standard flat rate delivery of $3 per order, Free deliveries for all orders of 6 boxes and above!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our team will deliver your order within 5 working days. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As we are a small team handling all deliveries in-house, we do not provide any tracking services. If you do not receive your order within 5 days from the date of purchase, please contact us here.
